Village Counseling Center provides specialized services for children, adolescents, adults, and families affected by sexual abuse, sexual trauma, and problematic sexual behaviors. This program is built on decades of clinical experience and is designed to promote safety, accountability, healing, and healthy development.
We work with clients and families who may be dealing with:
- sexual abuse trauma
- child-on-child sexual abuse
- problematic sexual behaviors
- sexual behavior concerns in children or adolescents
- family disruption related to abuse
- emotional and behavioral effects of sexual trauma
- questions about safety, boundaries, and supervision
Our treatment approach is individualized, developmentally appropriate, and trauma-informed. We work closely with clients and caregivers to reduce shame, improve understanding, support healing, and strengthen protective factors within the family.
When needed, services may include assessment, individual counseling, family involvement, treatment planning, education, and consultation.
This program is designed to help families move from crisis and confusion toward clarity, safety, and healing.
If your child, teen, or family is struggling with concerns related to sexual abuse or problematic sexual behavior, we are here to help.
