Reilly King, M.Ed., Ed.S.

Reilly is the School Therapist at Metcalfe Elementary School. She earned her Master of Education and Education Specialist degrees in School Psychology from the University of Florida. Reilly has worked with children and adolescents experiencing social-emotional and behavioral challenges since 2017. Her clinical and educational experience includes undergraduate internships with the Florida International University Summer Treatment Program and Wediko Children Services, as well as a graduate internship in School Psychology with the Columbia County School District. She also completed practicum experiences with PK Younge Developmental Research School and Marion County School District.

In addition to her work with students and families, Reilly has presented at national conferences on topics including school mental health, universal mental health screening, and undergraduate education in school psychology. Her research on universal mental health screening in schools has also been published in the article, “Considerations for Universal Mental Health Screening in Schools: A Qualitative Study of Implementation Determinants.” Reilly is passionate about supporting students’ social-emotional well-being and helping develop environments where every child has the opportunity to thrive. In her free time, she enjoys playing volleyball and spending time outdoors.
